No single organization can address every challenge facing a person experiencing homelessness, addiction, unemployment, or instability.
5450 creates a shared environment where nonprofit organizations, treatment providers, government agencies, employers, educators, volunteers, and community leaders can coordinate their efforts.
Organizations interested in offering services, accepting referrals, providing employment opportunities, or supporting the development of 5450 are invited to join the collaboration.
