5450 is a collaborative community-resource center located at 5450 West Sahara Avenue in Las Vegas.
Led by Together We Give, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, the initiative connects people experiencing homelessness and other serious barriers with organizations equipped to help.
Our goal is not simply to offer temporary assistance. We are building a coordinated environment where people can establish stability, access treatment, replace important documents, pursue employment, strengthen their health, and begin moving toward independence.
5450 demonstrates what can happen when organizations stop working in isolation and begin addressing the whole person—together.
